• Please keep the invoice for exchange within 7 days.
• For discounted items, personal accessories do not accept exchanges.
• All purchased products will not be returned with cash.
• You can change the size or other product for 7 days (Note: unused product tags, labels and purchase invoices).
• Please send us the packing clip and return order pictures of you, the consultant will confirm and proceed to make a return application for you.

• Please keep your receipt to exchange goods within 30 days.

• Please send us a packaging clip and a photo of your return order, our consultant will confirm and proceed to create a return order for you.
